GLENN W. HAGEN
Received B.S. degree in Chemistry/Biology from University of Alabama in 1970. Obtained J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1973. Licensed to practice law in Michigan in 1973 and in Colorado in 1981. Engaged in private practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan; thereafter, as Deputy City Attorney for Battle Creek, Michigan, establishing the first in-house Legal Department for the City. Expedited major public works projects with community and business leaders. In 1980, a move was made to Colorado to serve as Staff Counsel for CF&I Steel Corporation with emphasis in contractual and regulatory matters. Position entailed co-counsel for commercial litigation and generating regulatory compliance programs. Thereafter, Mr. Hagen relocated to the Denver metropolitan area as General Counsel for a real estate syndicator before returning to private practice in 1987. He has served as municipal prosecutor in both Michigan and Colorado.
Currently maintains office as a sole practitioner in a general business practice, with emphasis in corporate, real estate, construction law and commercial litigation. Has served as arbitrator for The American Arbitration Association and various Colorado courts. He is a panel member of the Tribunal for Highlands Ranch Communication Association (population 87,000). Current Membership in American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Douglas-Elbert County Bar Association. Selected for Who's Who in America, in American Law and in Finance and Industry. Former Small Business Development Counselor with the South Metro Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hagen is the current Chairman of the Board for the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce, the Chairman of the 18th Judicial District encompassing Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln Counties, and Corporate Secretary for the Douglas County Community Foundation.

To serve as legal counsel, advocate and business consultant to small and mid-sized companies from formation to maturity, addressing a wide variety of corporate issues for benefit of the entity, the shareholders, directors and officers. Owner of Business Arbitration Resources, Inc., an alternate dispute resolution company.
